Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine Map (Table)

This is the first thing you see when you get off at JR Inari Station. Now it's time to head to Fushimi Inari Shrine.

Once you pass the first torii gate, you will see the second torii gate. It looks like the komainu statues are welcoming you.

The first rest room is the right side of Second Torii.

This romon is the main gate of Fushimi Inari Taisha. It is currently a two-story structure with a hip-and-gable roof, and is designated an Important Cultural Property of Japan.

The honden is designated as Important Cultural Property of Japan, the building has a cypress bark thatched roof and a sanctuary in five bays.

A long series of vermilion torii gates that is one of the trade marks of Fushimi Inari Taisha.

To the right in the rear area of the Okusha Hohaisho prayer precinct is a pair of stone lanterns called Omokaru Ishi. To the left in the rear area of it is a lot of Ema.
